Terms of delivery

1. Shipping of the goods is possible by transport companies:

- Nova Pochta. You need to provide your details in the process of ordering

- Ukrposhta. It is necessary to specify the data for delivery in the comments to the order

- Mist Express. You must specify your shipping details in the comments of the order

2. Delivery of the goods is provided to the branch of the transportation company or to the customer's address.

3. When you order over 1000 UAH, delivery to the branch of the transport company for free

Product returns

You can return or exchange the goods which were not suitable for you, within 14 days from the date of purchase. This right you are guaranteed by the "Law on Protection of Consumer Rights. Shipping will be paid by the buyer. 

Conditions for return or exchange of goods in this case: According to Article 9 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods of proper quality (without defects) may be replaced or returned to the store within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, if the following conditions are satisfied: goods, have not been used and have no signs of use (stains, holes, tears), preserved all tags and packaging.

In this case, after checking the goods, the funds will be returned in full.

In the case of manufacturing defects, the shipping is paid by the store.
